Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy – Gregs M Catering & Equipment.
This policy sets out the terms under which Gregs M Catering & Equipment accepts returns, processes refunds, and handles exchanges for all products, including catering equipment, kitchen appliances, and related items.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. To be eligible:
- Products must be unused and not installed
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be present
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and its condition
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days, subject to banking timelines
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Verified damaged or defective items may be replaced or refunded
- Gregs M Catering & Equipment reserves the right to assess and determine the appropriate resolution
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before processing may qualify for a full refund
- Orders already processed, shipped, or customised may be subject to cancellation charges.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges.
